This was a branding project from school, I had to create branding for MacBeth if it were an opera/musical. I was inspired by rock operas and personal experience in an American High School. In this version of the Scottish play I figured it would be interesting to see MacBeth as an edgy High School Student.
I modeled the cover after a common staple in American schools which is the composition notebook, it is also common for students to find different styles of writing their names, which was where I go the inspiration for the actual logo.
